The Schematic Design Report describes the purpose of the project, design criteria, limiting factors of the site, and preliminary design solutions. This background information, explanatory text, and project criteria define a site program and contribute to the development of a preferred option. Through the overall planning and design process, we will move toward a single preferred alternative that reflects the preferred design criteria. Jims’ Landing Construction Update – RAMP CLOSURE

The Jims’ Landing Boat Ramp will be closed, effective March 6, 2023 at 12:00am. The new ramp is expected to open March 26, 2023 at 12:00pm. Construction activities will continue throughout spring/summer 2023, but the ramp will remain open. Please visit this site for updates.
